Feeling like a bad Mommy because you wake your kids early to get your workout in? I was, until I saw that I wasn’t the only one getting something out of it.
Here’s what’s in it for the kids:
- They get good ideas.
- They acquire cool clothes.
- Their mom gets strong. Which is also cool.
- They get to play on big kid equipment.
- They discover that wearing chalk is more fun than wearing makeup.
